Please ensure you have removed the clear tab from the remote control. Also check that the ‘pins’/connection points are lined up correctly on the receiver.
If you have done the above and your lights are still not working, we are able to arrange to have your LED lights collected and returned for an inspection. Upon receipt and inspection, we will arrange for a working set of lights to be issued out to you.
Prior to doing so, please ensure you have registered your warranty (which will require a proof of purchase). The Warranty Form can be found HERE. If your warranty is due to expire, the date you contacted us will be used to establish if the fault was reported within the warranty period.
Once we have confirmation that your warranty has been registered, we will arrange for a collection with Parcelforce. Parcelforce collect Monday – Friday between 9am & 6pm so we will select the available date they have available and advise you of the collection details.
