Are you looking to make a warranty claim?
If you have a valid warranty and have been unable to resolve the issues you're experiencing by following our troubleshooting instructions, we may need to bring your CleverSpa® in for repair.
Please note that you will be unable to make a warranty claim if the warranty has been registered in someone else's name. If the warranty holder would like you to speak on their behalf, they will need to call us and complete security, before giving us verbal authority to speak to a third party.
Before making a claim, please ensure that you have the following information to hand, as you will be asked to provide:
- Warranty ID (Reference number provided when you have registered the product)
- Image of current set-up - showing the location of your CleverSpa®, the plug and the socket it was plugged into when you started to experience issues
- Image/Short video showing the issue you are experiencing
If you have all of the above, please contact us to make a warranty claim. Our lines are open between 9 am and 5 pm from Monday to Thursday & between 9 am and 4 pm on Friday.
How to make a warranty claim
If you have the box your CleverSpa® was purchased in, we will be able to arrange a collection for you. If you don't have one, you will need to request a new box from us or purchase your own. Please read "I need to pack my CleverSpa® away, what size box do I need?" for the correct box dimensions.
