I need to pack my CleverSpa® away for repair, what size box do I need?

If you need to send your CleverSpa® to our service centre for repair, it will need to be packed away into a box with specific dimensions. Please follow the below instructions, to ensure you have an acceptable box.

Please DO NOT pack your spa away until a collection has been arranged with us.

Packing away your CleverSpa®

If possible, please pack your CleverSpa® into its original box. If you no longer have the original box, please place it in a box not exceeding the below sizes. Any box over these sizes will incur a penalty with the courier. The box must NOT be larger than the below sizes:

• 70cm x 45cm x 70cm
• 80cm x 54cm x 54cm
• 90cm x 52cm x 52cm
• 100cm x 49cm x 49cm

If the box is larger than the above size, we will be charged for an oversized box by the courier. this charge will be passed to you and will be payable prior to any work commencing on your CleverSpa®.

Would you prefer to have a box sent to you?

If you have the box your CleverSpa® was purchased in, we will be able to arrange a collection. If you need us to send out a replacement box, please contact us so we can arrange this for you.
