If you are looking to remove water, condensation or mould from inside the walls of your liner, please read the below information. If you are looking to purchase a replacement liner, please contact us.
Is there water inside the walls of your liner?
If you believe there is water inside the walls of your liner, this has most likely been caused by a puncture or seam failure. We recommend following the instructions provided in "There is water leaking from the liner of my CleverSpa®". If you find that you have a seam failure, you will need a replacement liner.
If the water is leaking into the walls due to a puncture, please empty your hot tub and repair it using Hot Tub Repair Patches. Once this is done, tip the spa on its side so the black inflation valve is facing downwards. Manoeuvre the spa so the excess water pours out via the black inflation valve (remove the black valve completely). This may require 2 people. Once the hot tub is totally deflated, manoeuvre it to remove the last of the water from the black inflation valve point.
Is there condensation in the walls of your liner?
You may notice some water residue appear inside the walls of your liner during inflation, especially if it has been inflated in warm conditions or during high humidity. To reduce the chances of this happening, we recommend inflating and deflating the liner a few times, so the air being pushed around it can dry the condensation that’s trapped inside the walls. Leaving your CleverSpa® in a warm place to dry thoroughly may also help remove the condensation.
Is mould growing inside the walls of your liner?
If there is mould inside the walls of your CleverSpa® liner, we suggest spraying mould spray through the inflation valve and inflating and deflating the liner several times. This will help reduce the mould but may not completely remove the marks.
As this issue is not a manufacturing defect it would not be covered under warranty. Although the marks may not be aesthetically pleasing, this will not affect the liner in any practical way. If you would like to purchase a replacement liner, please contact us so we can check stock levels for you.
