How to repair a puncture
1. You will first need to locate the puncture in the liner. We recommend mixing washing up liquid and water in a spray bottle and applying it to the liner. Bubbles will appear around the puncture.
2. Cut a circle (the size of 10p piece) out of the repair patch. If you don't have repair patches, you can purchase some via our website.
3. Your circular repair patch should resemble the one below, in both shape and size.
4. Apply the repair patch onto the sticky side of a piece of sellotape.
5. Add glue to the side of the repair patch that is not stuck to the tape. We recommend using Loctite super glue.
6. Ensure your liner is dry and place the patch (glue side first) onto the liner, so it covers the damaged area. Use the sellotape to hold the patch in place, while the glue dries.
7. Apply pressure to the patch using your thumb (with the tape is still in place), for approximately 2 minutes.
8. Carefully remove the tape once the patch has fused with the liner.
9. The patch should now be sealed to the liner. If not, apply a small amount of glue to the desired area and leave it to dry.
10. Leave to dry for 12 hours before using your CleverSpa®. Once it has completely dried, inflate your liner to ensure the puncture has been successfully repaired.
