I have mould growing on my CleverSpa®

If you would like help removing mould from the liner of your CleverSpa®, please read the below information. 

General Advice

If careful steps are not taken in the drying and cleaning phase of your CleverSpa® dismantling, then your CleverSpa® could become a breeding ground for mould and problems with mildew.

These problems can be prevented by ensuring that your CleverSpa® is fully dry in all areas before packaging it away into a sealed box.  Your CleverSpa® should be stored in a dry space with an ambient temperature, ideally above floor level to protect against potential spillages or leaks.

Is there mould growing on your CleverSpa® liner?

If you have small spots of mould or mildew growing on your liner, you can use a magic eraser on the effected area to remove them. Alternatively, you can follow the below instructions:

• Sprinkle baking soda onto the effected area.
• Leave it to soak in for for approximately 5 minutes.
• Use a cloth or sponge to wipe baking soda off
• Use a hose to rinse any remnants of baking soda from your liner.

For more extreme instances of mould and mildew, we recommend spraying domestic mould and mildew remover onto the effected areas and leaving it to soak in for approximately 5 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with hose.
