Do you need someone to repair your CleverSpa®?
We do not offer an engineer call-out service. If your CleverSpa® is covered under warranty, we can collect, repair, and send your hot tub back to you, free of charge.
Under no circumstance can we send engineers out to repair CleverSpa® products, due to the fact that they need to be repaired and tested in a suitable environment with the correct equipment - our Service Centre.
If you would like to request a warranty repair, please make sure you have registered your warranty by visiting: clevercompany.com/support/warranty. Once you've done this, please complete our Submit a request webform.
Are you struggling to pack away your CleverSpa®?
Under no circumstance can we send members of staff out to pack away CleverSpa® products.
We appreciate that packing away your hot tub can be difficult, so we created a "How do I empty, deflate and pack away my Cleverspa®?" page in our help centre. We also created the below video, to demonstrate the best way to accomplish this:
