If your CleverLink app is not allowing you to connect to your CleverSpa® Wi-Fi Control Panel after previously being connected, please read the below information.
Unpairing your CleverSpa®
If your CleverLink app is showing the below error message or will not re-connect to your CleverSpa® Wi-Fi Control Panel, you will firstly need to unpair your CleverSpa® from the CleverLink app. To unpair your CleverSpa® from the CleverLink app, please follow the instructions provided below.
1) Tap the ≡ (menu) button in the top left corner of the screen.
2) This will open up a panel down the left side of the screen. Tap the “Account” button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
3) A new panel will appear down the left side of the screen with different options. Tap the “Unpair CleverSpa” button.
4) A window will pop up in the middle of the screen asking "Are you sure?". Tap “Yes” so the settings will be reset and you can start the pairing process from scratch.
5) You will then be taken back to the login page. Please log in using your username and password and follow the pairing instructions provided in the Pairing your Cleverspa® section of I need help with my CleverLink®.
