Please DO NOT pack your spa away until a collection has been arranged with us.

Should my hot tub arrive in the service centre and a secondary fault is located by the technician (i.e Puncture, Seam damage) our technician is authorised to carry out a puncture repair & try to fix this issue free of charge. If we are unable to repair we will contact you to discuss your options.

Failure to provide these pictures may result in your claim being delayed or in some cases rejected until further images are provided. 1) Picture of your power source - plug & socket 2) Proximity photos in relation to the position of the spa to house 3) Picture of the hot tub set up 4) Picture/Video of the fault & Condition of tub 5) Picture of your receipt

It is important to submit all of the pictures requested to ensure your claim is dealt with quickly.
